Transform your own living space into a private sanctuary for this nervous system recalibration. Designed to move you from "fight-or-flight" into a state of deep recovery, experience breath work and restorative yoga to melt away physical and mental tension. We conclude with a guided meditation to clear the mind, leaving you feeling spacious, grounded, and ready for a restorative sleep. No experience is necessary. Bolster ( homemade? just ask), pillows, blanket or two!

Meet Jules

Jules has been teaching yoga and leading yoga retreats locally & internationally for the past two decades. Her passion is holding space for deep rest, renewal, movement, self care, laughs and healing. She is known for her Ahhh-mazing Thai Restore Workshops and for putting the most agitated person to sleep! Her classes combine mindful movement, breathwork and compassionate guidance, creating a supportive environment where students of all levels can build strength, flexibility, and inner resilence. Rooted in the belief that movement and stillness are both powerful tools for transformation. Jules invites students to explore with curiosity, presence and heart.
